• >0 – 3.75lbs: 1/16 tsp twice a day
• 4 – 7.5lbs: 1/8 tsp twice a day
• 8 – 14lbs: 1/4 tsp twice a day
• 15 – 30 lbs: 1/2 tsp twice a day
• 31 – 80 lbs: 1 tsp twice a day
• 81 – 120 lbs: 1 1/2 tsp twice a day
• >120 lbs: 2 tsp twice a day
