Local Delivery is NOW AVAILABLE in the Asheville area! We are able to deliver nearly all of our nutritious foods and high-quality supplies from our stores to your door!

Our delivery radius currently includes Asheville, Leicester, Woodfin, Swannanoa, Fairview, Biltmore Forest, Arden and Candler! Visit the web store to confirm that we will deliver to your zip code.

For orders within 10 miles from our Downtown locationWe offer FREE delivery on all orders over $100, and a small delivery fee of only $5 for all orders under $100. The minimum order for delivery is $25.

For orders over 10 miles from our Downtown location: Our delivery charge is $5 for the first 10 miles and $1 per mile after that. The minimum order for delivery is $25.

We deliver between 12 pm and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 10 am will deliver same-day! Otherwise, orders will be delivered the following delivery day, between 12-5 pm. If you need a same-day order after 10 am, please call our Downtown store at (828) 255-7737 for availability (additional charges may apply!)

 Food purchases will also be applied to your frequent buyer programs, which are typically Buy 12 Get 1 free! Free bags/boxes must be redeemed in-store. Unfortunately, our loyalty program on non-food items only applies in-store. Similarly, we cannot accept Go Local, case or other discounts through the web store.

You do not need to be present to receive your order, but we request a clear drop off area that you find safe and secure. Patton Avenue Pet Company is not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods as a result of an insecure drop off area. Need your food placed in a certain spot? Would you like us to call when we get there? Please note this in the special instructions field in your cart. If your order contains frozen food or other frozen products, we advise leaving a cooler for us to set your food in so that it stays safely cold. Please consider leaving us specific instructions to ensure that your products are received in good condition. If there are no specific instructions, we will leave your delivery outside your front door, or in another visible place.
