We ship nationwide! We offer free shipping over $100, and flat rate shipping of $9.99 under $100. Sorry, we cannot ship dry or canned food, frozen, heavy or oversized items.

Important Delivery Information
Sorry, we cannot ship cat litter, dry kibble, canned food, frozen products, or other heavy or oversized products. However, these items are all available for store pickup or home delivery to the greater Asheville area!
This store contains a curated selection of some of the products we offer at our four brick-and-mortar stores in Asheville, NC. However, we have more products at the stores, and can special order thousands of additional products! If there are pet products that you'd like and you don't see here, please contact us at info@pattonavenuepet.com.
Return Policy
Food and treats:
We are happy to accept returns on unopened bags, boxes or cans of shelf-stable pet food or treats purchased from us within 30 days. Frozen raw returns must be made within a week.
We are also happy to honor all manufacturer guarantees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-guaranteed, opened food or treats. Unwanted bags of opened food are graciously accepted by local animal welfare organizations, and we are happy to bring it to them.
Toys and Supplies:
We are happy to accept returns on pet supplies that are unused and in their original packaging.
We are also happy to honor all manufacturer guarantees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used merchandise, unless they have a manufacturer guarantee..
Returns through mail are accepted, but customer must pay return shipping. Credit cards are refunded upon receipt of return items.
Sale/clearance items are non-refundable
